The Canmore market continues to show slight signs of a supply ceiling.  The volumes

of new listings we saw come to the market in the Spring and early summer has slowed and

our listing inventory shows a slight decrease from the August 1^st high.  We had a

few more buyers starting to look in August and if the September weather would

cooperate we expect the last half of Sept to be more active with buyers looking

and sales.  Condos out sold single family homes in August 4 to 1.  For any questions
